Services are described in a written proposal or order. Each task or plan states its scope, price, and timing before work begins.

Results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to delivering the work described in the agreed scope and reporting what changed.

Requests and communication

Requests are submitted in one place and handled on set days each week. Calls are scheduled in advance. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it begins.

Accounts and ownership

You own your domain, website, analytics, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, and content. We work in them with the access you grant.

Payment
